Flatmate wanted in modern two bedroom flat near Chester city centre. Flat is fully furnished and features include a good sized double bedroom, open plan kitchen and lounge with dining table, and two bathrooms. I am a current tenant of the flat and my flat mate is moving out so am looking for a sociable flat mate to replace him. I enjoy football and play for a local team. I also enjoy going out at weekends and generally socialising with mates so anyone who enjoys a bit of banter is preferred. The rent is £350 per month and bills, which include electrics, water, council tax, sky TV and broadband typically come to round £150 each per month. The property is managed by Temples estate agency so anyone who is interested will have to go through their application procedure before assuming tenancy. There is one parking space for the flat in a secure private car park at the back which I currently use for my car but I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to rotate the parking if you have a car also.
